Their guarntee will, at best, be for the paint in the can -- not redoing the job. You need to go over it with them.

My guess is that you'll needt to clean-off all the stuff (way, residues from dirt, etc.) and then abrad (sand) the finish. You may need a primer and a filler. The grit is a whole different issue.
