There is nothing different between the ones West sells and the ones you buy from any electrical supplier. They have to be UL approved. The Marinco ones are probably Leviton. Most 110V/220V AC marine products are just private labeled standard products. The standard 30 amp connector we all use did not start life as a marine connector.

Remember, adding the word marine to any product at least doubles the cost.
