Our boat is staying in Ft. Lauderdale while it's up for sale. We found a really nice secure slip behind a private home on a canal but this is the first time the owner of the house has rented his dock. We've both been searching around for a simple agreement but everything we've found is complicated and set up for marinas.

Anyone have or know of a place to find an agreement for a slip between the boat and home owner at his personal dock?
