The kind made to screw into wood and a machine screw screws into it. Worst Marine carries them. My dinghy transom (Caribe roll up) has a hollow cavity in it so I was careful to caulk around the holes when mounting the wheels.

I found the wheels to be pretty worthless and now I am stuck with removing them and filling in the holes.
