Searching with the word 'trim' I discovered that West carries something that might be suitable. Not sure how I missed it before except I was searching with different words. It's called Flex Trim by Taco. Will check out TrimLok if that doesn't work.

Brian, I'd love to make something out of starboard but I'm not nearly handy enough, or have the proper power tools ... but if you're ever making another set I'll pay you to make a duplicate It's for my oval cockpit cubbies.
