The Manson 45 will have at least twice the fluke area of your CQR 55, and will set more reliably too. If your decision hinges on how much weight you're willing to put on your bow/windlass, keep in mind you will get more additional holding out of 15 pounds more anchor than 15 pounds more chain. No such thing as too much anchor at 0-dark-hundred when a squall comes along.
