I went up the mast this weekend and my old harness is looking a bit tired. I'd love to get a Brian Toss deluxe but I don't use it enough to justify spending $400. I understand his design is based on a CMC (California Mountain Company) Rescue Harness available for $160. The Spinlock looks like a similar design at a similar price.

I want a harness vs a chair for better security, and to get closer to the top of the mast. btw I use a 3-part arrangement to get myself to the top. It's fast and easy if you have someone helping jump the 3 part line while another takes up the slack. I also have a safety thingy riding up a spare halyard.
