I've bought a pile of stuff for our boat in preparation for our trip south. One of those items was a pricey Magma gas grill. In the what-works-and-what-doesn't-work category, I give the Magma Newport Infrared gas grill a big thumbs down. I was trying to grill a few cheeseburgers in a gentle 4 MPH breeze and the grill blew out six times in six minutes. I finally gave up and decided to grill the burgers on the galley griddle. It is a decidedly very poor design for use on a boat.
