Perhaps thats where I'm coming from. Never be able to put your start battery into the house bank for any reason. Using the house bank to start the engine is another thing, hence the parallel button at the helm.

If you want to use it that way, I suggest splitting the batteries into 2 equal banks. You can still throw them in ALL and get the same thing as you now do. The only difference is that it will be easier to monitor your two battery banks.
