As we headed for a haulout in georgous summer weather through Cape Cod Canal. There were people playing, biking, running, and enjoying the georgeous day.

There was clearly no sign of the impending major storm barreling toward significant portion of the population of our country.

One only wonders what the effect would be if we didn't have the prediction services...
