To get to the base plug, it looks like we have to unmount the whole head from the base and turn it over? Or at least lift it high enough to access the screws? I'm assuming that no matter how we do this, it's going to be a messy job? Would it be better for us to just flush fresh water through the unit and pump it a bunch to clean it out, and then remove the cap from by the Joker valve? Do you think the cap could actually pass all the way to the joker and possibly through it? We're pretty familiar with that area of the unit since we replace the joker once a year. Sorry for all of the questions, but chances are there's some effluence in the head and the hoses right now and we'd prefer to minimize spillage.
