I have a 4 year old Honda 5 HP. It stars fine and will idle indefinitely. Will run under light load. The problem is when at full throttle the engine dies and will not restart for a while.
Looks like there is spark and opened the drain plug on the bowel and fuel comes out.

The gas is fresh, the plug, fuel filter, and fuel line connections are new.

know 3 other people with a similar problem. Any body here have the same issue?
