... your engine alarm/sensor, or are you saying you also have the Borel and it failed to go off ?

And do you plan to replace the engine & oil alarms at the panel, or the sensors at the engine ? I've often thought I should replace the oil pressure sensor at the engine, and the gauge & alarm at the panel ... both work fine, I think, but both are 25 years old. Sometimes my oil press gauge bounces around, it I change the RPM's it immediately goes to normal, so it's probably a connection thing, dirty contact or grounding issue.
