I checked it (or was it a Manson?) out.
Their recommendation is that I have an 85# anchor for my sized boat.
My CQR 65 (which is oversized) has seemed to do great job -- but if I had an 85# CQR, I'm pretty sure it would outperform a Rocna.
Of course, with that sized "thing" out there, my sprit pole wouldn't ever come-out, because it would jam on the damn anchor.
If the anchor is SO good, why do they up-size there recommendations for sizing by about 1/3?
Now I've only had my CQR in about 50 knots constant wind and higher gusts; and, I've got a 250' rode of 3/8" HT chain (with 50' of 7/8" nylon behind it). I do have a Fortress 50 which has never been used for that time.
