While cruisers may not be in areas where drug lord crime and murders take place, no doubt the constant news reports of such don't exactly help the tourism industry in Mexico.

We used to go camping in Baja all the time... couple of times a year. I don't think I have been camping down there in almost 8 years.

I still cruise down there from time to time, but even the racing fleets going south have also decreased in size.
