Sounds like you went on beyond, if you are in La Cruz.

Ironic as heck that you had to fix gear underway after all that time sitting here.

- Whew! As for your knee...pain feel inner side of knee or outer sides?
  - Or, top/front of kneecap can be quadriceps tendonitis (if you did something like go up and down ladder a lot)
    - Maybe better described as, front/lower thigh, just above kneecap
