contentious issue around here. I'll just report what I've seen.

The Vinoy Basin is cool and all, but dang, it makes a good washing machine when we get a snorty Easter.

It appears to getting a field as of a few days ago. The barge(s) and cranes are still there and in twenty years I don't think I've ever seen that basin empti(ed.)

The Sarasota Basin was slated to get a field but something happened (I think.) As of a few weekends ago it looked the same as it always has. I don't know of any anchoring restrictions.
