covered and fully enclosed. Air conditioned and climate controlled. Very nice. Very expensive. But, in my opinion worth the expense. One hurricane and you will easily avoid any damage cost, or even if you are lucky in a yard, the damage from someone else's junk tearing up your boat. The boats can be left open during storage, like hatches & ports, so the boats are ventilated continuously. No humidity, no mold, no wind, sun, UV, dust or critters & bugs ... no weather. The boats looks as good when they are put in as they did when they come out 6 months later. If you have lots of well maintained brightwork, this cost alone could be a swap if someone else does the work for you. And I would think insurance companies could/should offer a discount. I can't believe there aren't more of these places up & down the coast. The one in Florida opened a new facility on the west coast in the past couple years, and both have waiting lists. And full of Hinckley's. Cheers, John
