New boat storage facility on my property! I like it! 
Those two boats (See the kayak and Avon Rib in it's envelope suspended from the ceiling) cost a fraction of this brand new state of the art storage area. 
It's not only heated, it's air conditioned in the summer!
Also stows one Subaru
