There must be a million smaller yards . . . Bristol Marine comes to mind (convenient to a very pretty town with great restaurants and a nice in-town hotel). On the Warwick side (nearer the Airport) you might find better rates. East Greenwich? You'd need to search a directory. (I don't live in RI any longer so can't do the legwork for you.)
