Many yards don't allow you to work NEB does.

I did a bottom job there back in 2004 while in the yard. You can even stay on the boat while you're there. At least in 2004. They also have a 'strip mall of shops'. You can get a lot without leaving the yard. We liked NEB quite a bit.
