The only issue I have with the writeup on the seacocks is that they show screws holding down the three corners of a seacock while indicating that these should not go through the hull itself. I thought on discussions that have been held here, that the screws should be thru bolted. Woodenboat has one using lag screws and discussing that these should not penetrate the hull.
Perhaps the difference is the hull material, wood vice FRP.
No, I am not a wooden boat owner, but on occasion I like to pick up the mag and give it a go.
