Glad to hear from you. Been a long time. Maybe if the money isn't important, you should just offer them to a non-profit. Maybe an Outward Bound school, a scout group, or a library?
With items that have a low demand, the best way to list them on eBay is not to use an auction. Instead, put a fixed price on a "good till cancelled" listing and allow a "best offer" to be submitted. Because these are low value individually, I think you'll do better listing it as a package; you don't want to have to pack each chart in a cardboard roll and ship individually for just a few bucks each time. The shipping, handling and packaging are prohibitive that way. Not worth your time and effort unless you can sell the whole bundle to one buyer.
I just sold a "package" of electronics like that and made out pretty well. The key with a Package listing is to show the value of each item and the total value when new, then offer a really attractive price for the whole enchilada.
For more expensive items, you do better if you unbundle and sell individually. Good luck whatever you decide.
