Both? I think I learned that from my Dad.
The mate on a 100-foot schooner taught me a big lesson
The first house I bought was a raised ranch with an unfinished lower level. I learned a very valuable lesson.
Finish up and get to the boat in Stuart by April 15th.
A 2-family home owned me for a while . . .
