() We were in a marina and he assigned me a task . . something about the main boom I think. I was having a bit of trouble with it and asked if he could send the other deckhand to help. He said, "No."
I said, "Why not?"
"Because one day you might have no choice but to do it by yourself, so you might as well figure it out now."
Set me up for life!
