Our Sabre 42 used to ride bow-up about 3-4" at rest in a slip. When underway, the boat "leveled-out" and sailed her lines.
Careful about your differences in trim under way vs. resting.
I don't know how much "load" you putting in the boat compared to what it "should be"; however, weight has a very detrimental affect on not only speed but how the boat handles and feels.
What your situation now? If you're hanging a bunch of stuff on stern, and above water, plus loading here down, then maybe you should re-think your general approach or....?
