Including being seized and used by the Germans as a patrol boat in WW2. As if that wasn't too enough duty, she was scuttled(purposely sunk) at the end of the war. Sure, some of these old boats are approaching the Washingtons Ax scenario(3 handles and 2 new heads,...) in authenticity, but the design and history is more than worth preserving. This one will be quite a launch and to see her sailing on Penobscot Bay along with other old Fifes will be quite a sight this season.
