tuck your boat into the little alcove to the right of the mega yachts. It's a nice little spot to hang out for the night and is right across from Fanuel Hall. Get in after 6 and leave before about 8 and (sshhhhh) no one will be there to collect docking fees.

I think it's Boston Harbor Hotel Marine at Rowes Wharf but make sure you slide into the to the right side for best access to the city.
