They're still going strong (?) with sailboats. Just not powerboats.
I read that too. Strange...the opposite seems more often to be the case.
Like Florida is the opposide of Maine?

Yes but there are legal ways to secure it from the maker's creditors
AND....the boat may not be much completed at the time.
