there isn't enough swinging room, or if some neaby boats are lying to two anchors, or if it's so popular that other boats put out 'lunch hooks' and with a 2 to 1 scope, or if you found a good place to anchor, went ashore, and when you return find that there are boats anchored too near you or dropped their hook on top of your anchor, etc. If you enjoy a crowd, move from Rockport to New York City. There you will find a crowd.
