How about 5200?
5200 on a thru hull is a bad choice, IMHO

I've talked to some "pros" who use 5200; but
I've always used 5200. Wouldn't use less.
I have used 4200 successfully for 15 years
Life caulk works for me
Anything you have. I bet plumbers putty would work on a correctly installed thru-hull.
I think Dolphinite is just a marine grade
