The grant pays 75% of the high cost of a good Edson pump system and plumbing to the municipal system. I think this municipal pump out boat which goes between both our local harbors was also a part of the program.

I remember on Lake Champlain, it used to cost $10 and up in the 80's. The pumps were far between and sketchy. Even back then, a 500.00 fine was issued for a system that even thought about pumping overboard. I also remember places like Key Biscayne Fla. back then. A beautiful harbor. It used to get pretty rank in there,....
