Maybe over a whole day you might put out that much urine... but even urine specimen cups are only 100ml.
Somebody is sure doing some big estimating there.
Last time I heard, phosphate was a key ingredient of fertilizer. Wonder if those fishermen ever considered that farm or garden runoff might be the real problem.
