  • I haven't tried it but use some cheaper varnishes with success.

      • I've used Captains, Schooner, Classic, Epiphanes, and just used Flagship.
      • I do quite a bit of varnishing that isn't on the boat
        • is most of your varnising in "controlled conditions?"
