I think I'm a foot or two over the rating. However, I'm a weekend warrior as you know and it's mostly just for the long slogs of powering. When I sail, I balance well so given that, I'm sure the unit will be fine.

As always, Raymarine's documentation is excellent and both the install and user instructions are accurate and very user friendly. The short amount of motoring I did after calibration found the unit to be working very well for me.
