Boat Show

They're the closest to the show. VERY easy walking, but my guess is they're booked. They may even have a $1K minimum. Over on Back Creek it's a little more of a walk but not many choices. Try Mears Marina. I don't think you can reserve a mooring ball, and you'd need to get there two weeks in advance...at least. Without local knowledge of someone that lives on Spa or Back Creeks, the walking part is not going to happen. Up the Severn River there are a couple of Creeks (Weems, Luce, etc.) that you can anchor in and walk to the stadium where you can get bus transportation to the show. The Marinas on the "other side" of Back Creek are not walking distance to the show, but you can dinghy around easily. They are Annapolis Landing, Port Annapolis and Jabin's Yacht Yard. Overall, I think you will have a very difficult time getting what you're looking for. I lived in Annapolis (on Spa Creek) for 30 years and things get "real crowded" during the Boat Show (s). Think about staying further away and renting a car...just sayin'. Good luck!
