As well as other photographic media. Many pro photogs sign up for the video classes. Most have to if they want to stay in the biz. Many are finding they have to supply video.
I see the classes around town shooting footage for class projects. Everything from fast set up hand helds to working with Steadycam cameras and setting tracks for a camera car to shoot from. Some will set up for a day just to get a few minutes of good footage.
Then the group spends incredible total hours to get their final presentation, a huge amount of that time in the editing room. We go to some of the showings and I'm amazed what work it all takes and equally amazed with some of the results.
