The vendors book them all. You might get a room at the Marriott as Steve suggested but be prepared to pay $400 a night or more. Look at craigslist for Annapolis. You might find a room in a private home. Google "historic inns of annapolis" to check out the 3 inns Steve mentioned.

There's a shuttle into town from the Marine Corp Stadium where you can park if you end up outside of town. Downtown is pretty crazy during the show. You may be happier in the long run to stay further out.
