At the Newport boat show one of the Mack Boring reps recommended PYI mounts. I talked to PYI and they suggested the R&D "Super Mounts." interestingly, both of them said a flexible coupling was not necessary even though I have a V drive that is known to be susceptible to leaking seals (Hurth 150V now ZF 15MIV). I had been planning to add a flexible coupling but probably won't based on their comments.

I currently have the Yanmar bushing mounts. I am replacing the tranny, and will carry the old one as a spare, figured it's a good time for new mounts. Has anyone used PYI mounts? They are designed a fair bit different from the current ones, and look a little more robust.
