First of all if the actual predominant species is not identified, you are at high risk of potentially VERY dangerous infection when you 'move' molds and mildews.
Just the aerosolizing of the 'live' organisms and their spores is mindboggling when it comes to human lung tissue.

You really want as a general practice to clean fungals, molds & mildews with the LEAST amount of 'agitation' as possible ... and that includes the removal of only fully wetted particles because of the potential to spread the spores.

Wet kill it by spritzing with then soaking on CAUSTICS that dissolve the cells, then gently wash up the remainder ... and you use 'effective'/rated airway protection, gloves, goggles when you do so.

If youre in an area with lots of 'dairy' or food industry or pharmaceutical production, ask your local dairyman, etc. to describe how to do this ... without harming yourself.
