Ever put a vodka drink in the freezer? It freezes. Also vodka contains enough excipients to allow all sorts of bugs and mold and fungus to grow. And as Larry mentioned, the alcohol in it will evaporate quickly leaving you with water.

Ron, where in Mexico does it freeze during the winter? I never heard of that. We are headed that way eventually and want to avoid frozen winters.
