bottom paint, best place to do it yourself between FL and Ca via Panama?
Mexico used to have TBT bottom paint available

Your choices are quite limited
Shelter Bay although I hate the place.
El Savaldor . .Barrilas is in El Savaldor
I would consider Barrillas . . .bring your paint.
