This storm seems to have gone a very bad path. With Long Island sound filling up from surge, and the storm going ashore south of there. Seems like it couldn't have been planned better.

I find it hard to believe the estimates for damage are still less than half that for Katrina. I guess we will have to wait and see.

This is one year that I am glad I have my boat in florida.
