Being built at Rockport Marine. The hull was cold molded(this from their facebook page). One of the design parameters was a very shallow draft.

It has(had) a centerboard in a trunk and I think that was redesigned for less draft(less than 3' I think). Looks like the bottom is surfaced for bolt on keel that houses the board. Be fun to see how they achieve that, and then how well the boat sails with it.
