Time to clean the tank too.....clogged filter is just a symptom of a dirty tank and long term, you'll be happier and more confident if you take care of that. When I did mine, I added a screen around the intake line in the tank. I had an old Groco water strainer and glassed in the strainer from that around the intake pipe at the bottom of the tank.
