() I don't think there's anything new in 29' of sailboat of any kind today for much less than 100k, no matter how it's built.
Artisan Boat Works does some real nice classic sailboats in this size range. I've watched them expand the last 10 years, they have found a nice market and are doing quite well. Here's a page of classic boat designs and past projects they will build today...
