I am glad you enjoyed our blog and our budget. I think most people assume that to travel long term you need to be rich, but that is far from the case. We could actually be traveling for cheaper, but feel we would be missing out on some things... like food. Our daughter has been really enjoying the experience, except for missing her friends. It is tough for an 8-year old to be in countries where she can't communicate with the other kids, but she tries.

I must say, though, that "cruising without a boat" is much easier than with a boat. Less stress too!
