I've heard that. Right next to the T34 ,..a Sabre 34 for not too much more.

() Rocknaks mostly lists highly maintained boats(there right in my town), and I've noticed their prices becoming more attractive to buyers. The T34, there's also a 79 Pearson for the same price, and this 79 Mk1 Sabre, asking 35 and it just went on the market.
The Sabre has a pretty fresh diesel, not too old paint, lightly used sails, newish dodger, and it's clean as a whistle. I bet it doesn't last long and it will likely sell for 30k, maybe less.
