Blye, IT REALLY would be informative to have some pictures of what it looked like when they brought it, fixed it, etc.

Then, the interchange about it here would be much better informed.
(I admit feeling a little dumb because it didn't occur to say this ealier. In fact, the next time someone asks us to speculate about their similar situation, I think we might ask them to provide some images...)
