Perhaps the tax payment thing is a function of distance...
In Response To: Just got back from Town Hall ()
Belfast is a lot closer to Augusta than Tremont. It would take me the better part of a day to drive to Augusta and back. Heck it takes almost 5 hours to drive to Belfast and back, particularly in the summer.
